The primary goal of maintenance is to avoid or mitigate the consequences of failure of equipment. It is designed to preserve and restore equipment reliability by replacing worn components before they fail. Preventive maintenance activities include partial or complete overhauls at specific periods. In addition, technicians can record equipment deterioration, so they know to replace, or repair worn parts before they cause system failure.

An assessment of all installed components initially will be completed, and a comprehensive plan put together. As all sites are unique, a specific and tailored plan will be submitted with pricing, frequency of visits, duration of visits and options for payment structure. Payment structure is also tailored to meet the needs of every site whether annually, quarterly or monthly. Maintenance performed outside of the agreement will be billed at an agreed upon price also indicated in the plan.
